Episode 1

The Yelduran and Kordağlı families in Urfa have a long-standing feud, which ends with Serhat and Yıldız’s marriage. However, Serhat, a successful surgeon in Istanbul, never wanted this union and planned to move abroad. His life changes when he meets Melek and falls in love. Though he is the Yelduran heir, Serhat rejects the role and the marriage to Yıldız, wanting to marry Melek and start a new life in Istanbul. When Serhat returns to Urfa due to his father's illness, he refuses the family pressure, determined to leave everything to his brother Akif. The Kordağ family, however, is unwilling to let Serhat go without marrying Yıldız. As Serhat plans his escape, Akif, who dreams of becoming the "lord," sets in motion a series of events that will alter everyone's fate, including Melek’s.
