New Movie Yaz Evi

Nostalgia and family secrets take center stage in the upcoming Prime Video Original film Yaz Evi, which is scheduled to premiere on June 6. 

Produced by OGM Pictures and directed by the award-winning Erdem Tepegöz, this production offers a poignant exploration of motherhood and the hidden truths that bind different generations together. 

The story focuses on Selin, a young woman who finds herself unexpectedly transported back to a summer from the past. This specific era serves as a pivotal setting for the plot, representing a leap 22 years back into the past from the film's current timeline.

Selin witnesses her mother, Zeynep, caught in a complex love triangle and attempts to intervene, hoping to guide Zeynep toward the man who will eventually become Selin's father. 

As she navigates the vibrant atmosphere of the past, Selin uncovers deep-seated family secrets and gains a new perspective on her mother's sacrifices.

Mina Demirtas takes the lead as Selin, the daughter searching for answers across time. The younger version of her mother, Zeynep, is played by Derya Pinar Ak, while Onur Seyit Yaran stars as the young Sinan, a central figure in the emotional conflict of the past. 

To bridge the gap between the two eras, the production utilizes a dual-cast system where Selma Ergec and Cagdas Onur Ozturk play the adult versions of Zeynep and Sinan in the present day. The cast is further enriched by the presence of Nehir Erdogan as Sevinc, Kamil Guler as Tanju, and performances by Ahmet Rifat Sungar, Serif Erol, and Goncagul Sunar.

The leading cast members bring a wealth of talent and established popularity to this production. Mina Demirtas, born in 2005, rose to fame with her breakout performance as Zeynep in the hit series Kizil Goncalar.

Derya Pinar Ak has previously impressed audiences in projects like Adim Farah and Prens and is currently playing the main role in the series Cirkin.

Onur Seyit Yaran, a former Best Model of Turkey, became a household name through the popular series Kardeslerim.

Filmed against the picturesque backdrop of Bodrum, Yaz Evi is designed as an impactful mother-daughter tale that examines the emotional weight of life-altering choices.
